Young the Giant with Walk the Moon Concert Review

This is my first Concert Review for Young the Giant. The opening band was “Walk the Moon” and they were a great surprise. The average age at the show was 16 and they all went crazy for Walk the Moon. They had a very clean, young, fun sound and I would recommend checking them out. Their song Anna Sun really got the crowd going.

Young the Giant came out with a different vibe than the fun party band vibe that Walk the Moon had but they still got the crowd going. There was not a song that Young the Giant did that this crowd did not know. The sound was good although I have experienced lousy sound at Soma before. It is so refreshing to be part of a good crowd and I think Young the Giant felt it and appreciated it. It was a very fun show and their style of music is great to hear live. I would recommend catching their show when they come to a town near you.
